California police are still searching for a 7-month-old boy after his mother said he was kidnapped outside a store in California.
Riverside County authorities confirmed Wednesday that they removed a 2-year-old child from the Haro home after Emmanuel was reported missing, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. The removal is another twist in an already complicated case.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said investigators are unable to rule out foul play in the baby's disappearance.

According to Riverside County records, the missing 7-month-old's father pleaded guilty to willful cruelty to a child following a 2018 arrest.
The Los Angeles Times reported this week that Emmanuel’s father, Jack Haro, was convicted in June 2023 of willful child cruelty for an incident involving another child. He is due in court in September for that case, the outlet said.
