俄罗斯图书印象奖国际插画&图书设计大赛是2008年由俄罗斯联邦新闻和大众传播局与俄罗斯莫斯科图书插画家和设计师协会联合举办。2017年，大赛晋升为国际化的比赛。从举办以来，已经吸引了超过1000位插画艺术家报名和角逐大赛各奖项。
