世界银行集团和国际原子能机构（原子能机构）今天签署了一项协议，以协力支持发展中国家安全、可靠和负责任地利用核能。世界银行集团行长阿贾伊·班加与原子能机构总干事拉斐尔·马里亚诺·格罗西签署的伙伴关系协议将两家机构过去一年的多次接触正式化，也标志着世界银行集团几十年来再度涉足核电的第一个具体步骤。

国际原子能机构（原子能机构）与超过75个国家和10个国际组织合作，成功完成了36小时的模拟演习，在罗马尼亚切尔纳沃达核电厂测试对严重核应急假想情景的全球准备和响应机制。ConvEx-3演习（2025年）从6月24日开始，于欧洲中部时间6月25日下午17:45结束。
