The VA inspector general’s report doesn’t fully capture the impact of VA’s plans to reduce its total headcount.

"It is bringing everybody together into the same environment, rather than folks showing up with their own unique software tools," said Ron Langhelm.

"The ideal solution has the right participation from the right actors at each level of response," said Sam Fankuchen.

"We organized an event for our members down at Kennedy Space Center to really understand and meet with the people there," said Jim Carroll.
