At the city’s police department headquarters, on Saturday, the woman reported Quinshon Judkins, an NFL rookie running back, was to blame for the bruises on her face, arm, and leg, according to a Fort Lauderdale Police Department’s arrest report.
The Cleveland Browns's offseason was already filled with uncertainty heading into training camp and now that has only been multiplied with the arrest of Quinshon Judkins in Fort La
