The Seattle Seahawks fielded an effective secondary last season. Defensive-minded head coach Mike Macdonald saw his passing defense finish his debut campaign as the 11th-best unit in the league. The Seahawks only allowed 211.9 air yards per game. That was respectable, but there's room for improvement in 2025.
