Investing.com -- Malaysia’s communications regulator has filed a civil lawsuit against Telegram and two channels on the messaging platform for allegedly sharing content that breaks national laws.

Two local Telegram channels, "Edisi Siasat" and "Edisi Khas", were "found to have published content that violated provisions under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998", MCMC said.

Participants are encouraged to wear white clothing to create a "sea of white" symbolising unity with Gaza's struggle.
