IRMO, S.C. (WIS) - The Town of Irmo has taken a step toward passing an ordinance making hate crimes illegal. Irmo Town Council unanimously approved the first reading of the ordinance during a meeting on Tuesday. It would need to pass a second reading to be enacted by the town.
