Online gaming unicorn Roblox Corp., which put off plans to go public late last year, has raised $520 million and now plans to hit Wall Street by way of a direct listing.

The San Mateo video game business said in a regulatory filing on Monday its chief executive's pay package went from about $6.8 million in 2020 to about $233 million in 2021.
