Cosmetics and capes are an integral part of the game's appeal, and it seems that two popular Minecraft Bedrock exclusive capes could finally be making their way to the Java edition.

Unfortunately, for Minecraft Java Edition, there are no skins that will automatically incorporate a cape. However, in Bedrock Edition, there are some skin packs that come with capes included.

Minecraft fans can celebrate the release of the upcoming Minecraft Movie by claiming the limited-edition Menace and Home Capes.

One curious omission from the Bedrock Editions of Minecraft has been equippable capes. That all changes with the Character Creator, launching in the future.

Minecraft: Java Edition is the renamed version of Mojang's original sandbox building game. It was simply called Minecraft until it was renamed to add Java Edition in 2017.
