Navigate to the HTML file you wish to open and double-click it to you that file in your browser. Internet Explorer becomes your default browser when you install Windows.

If you keep Chrome up-to-date without changing any settings, any PDF you download may open within the web browser by default.

Drag the MOV file from the left side of the FTP client to the right side to upload it to your Web server. Open the HTML file of the Web page in which you would like to embed the MOV file.
