First, I cloned the Mac partition with CarbonCopyCloner to clone the Lion installation and then I used WinClone for the Bootcamp partition under Lion. Everything worked perfectly.

And even standout Mac-cloning utilities such as SuperDuper and Carbon Copy Cloner are unable to make clones of your Boot Camp partition for migrating or restoring your Windows install.

Is there some nuance to cloning encrypted disks I am missing? My only guess at the moment is maybe if I boot from a live disk and copy the disks that way, that way the source SSD remains locked.
