Open an existing spreadsheet or create a new one in Google Sheets. Select Extensions at the top and click Apps Script to open the same editor as discussed above.

You can use templates in Google Sheets to quickly create multiple copies of the same type of spreadsheet, both on the website and mobile app.

Google Sheets, just like AdWords, can be automated with App Scripts from Google. This means we can write some code to make the spreadsheet connect with a data source of our choosing.
