Google and Microsoft worked to bring Windows support to Flutter, which should result in more apps for PCs.

Flutter now has native support for Android and iOS, beta support for the web, macOS, and desktop Linux and alpha support for Microsoft's one billion Windows 10 devices.

Targeting Windows makes sense for Google, as the release blog post notes more than half of Flutter developers use Windows development tools.

The latest Flutter SDK update, version 2.10, makes it just as easy to make apps for Windows as it is for Android and iOS.
